You can also move the padded bar to multiple positions along the frame of the reformer. This machine also features the rope-adjustment system (controlled by the release lever on the bottom), an adjustable headrest, a standing platform with grip, ergonomic risers, 5 spring systems, detachable shoulder rests, and slots for a jump-board attachment.
